Social media contest terms & conditions are listed below for all social media contests including but not limited to, any Mystique Venues location contests, any collaboration contests, or any paid partnership contests.

Entries open from Monday, February 6th until Sunday, February 12th.

Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. Prize: Winner wto receive one reservation placement for two at The Prestige Magic Lounge & Showroom in San Diego, California on date determined between winner and Mystique Venues representative. Reservation includes two seats in The Prestige San Diego showroom, two choices of entrees from the current menu, and viewing of the performance by the currently scheduled magician. Magician line-up and schedule may be seen at https://www.mystiquedining.com/schedule.php. Gratuities, alcohol purcheses, and extras not included. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winer. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Mystique Venues to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. 
2. Entry Restrictions: Must be 18+ to enter. No purchase necessary. Entrance only available via paid partnership post on San Diego Magazine Instagram account at @sandiegomag. Reservation must be made in advance. Not applicable towards previous purchases. Cannot be combined with other reservation offers and promotions. Current contest winner reseervation can only be made at The Prestige San Diego location.
3. Selection: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be selected by random drawing generator www.commentpicker.com through San Diego Magazine via the paid partnership with Mystique Venues. Winner will be notified via Instagram comment on content post on @sandiegomag Instagram profile within five (5) days following selection fo Winner. A second try will be through reaching winner via direct message on Instagram. Mystique Venues and its partners shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk messages, or other security settings or for Winner's provision of an incorrect or otherwise non-functioning Instagram account. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration or release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in thie Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Mystique Venues, anyone acting on behalf of, and our licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, and distribute and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any furhter compensation, notice, review or consent. 
5. Right Reservations: Mystique Dining reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign at any time. Mystique Venues reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign. Mystique Venues has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different Instagram handles or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should an attempt be made, Mystique Venues reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
6. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT MYSTIQUE VENUES' SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
