Approximately 12-14 ounces of ribeye rubbed with a chefs blend of seasoning.
Slow roasted to a tender medium-rare.
Featured with fresh, never frozen, vegetables.
A modestly sized Cornish Game Hen seasoned & slow roasted.
Featured with a sweet or savory sauce accompanied with fresh, not frozen, vegetables.
A baked personal pasta lasagna, with a white cheese base, fresh garnish and crumb crust. A Vegan upgrade is available for an additional charge.
~Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese~
Vermont White Cheese, traditional Macaroni and Cheese. Comfort food for the soul. Available plain, with chicken or add Lobster for an additional charge.
Every two months we feature a different gourmet upgrade, for an additional charge, of a specialty entree created by our Executive Chef. These entrees are described in the (SHOW ENTREE DESCRIPTION) button located at the top of your shopping cart where you are prompted for entree selections.
A decadent gourmet dessert, completes a wonderfully satisfying meal.
Special Dietary Requests
When purchasing your admission you will be prompted to select an entree. These choices are available with several special dietary upgrades for an additional charge. Once this selection is made you can explain in the field provided what we need to be aware of to accommodate your request. Such as, gluten free, lactose intolerant, or other allergy.
